The Firm

Established in 2001, Zarinkelk Engineering Services, Inc. (ZESI) is a Texas-based, woman-owned, and WBE-certified consulting civil and structural engineering firm. Our mission is to provide reliability to our clients and deliver excellence in a timely manner. We engineer critical solutions for major municipal agencies, driving the progress of the City of Houston, METRO, TxDOT, and the Harris County Flood Control District.

Lifecycle Project Management & Technical Activities

ZESI provides comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects. Our deep technical activities include:
